Current Projects

My research focuses on:

• development of an ontology of cognitive paradigms (CogPO) to enable knowledge sharing and database interoperability in cognitive neuroimaging
• meta-analysis methods development of functional neuroimaging and voxel-based morphometry studies using activation likelihood estimation
• neuroinformatics applications in human functional brain mapping developed in conjunction with the BrainMap database
• exploratory structural equation modeling in TMS/PET data to develop models of effective connectivity between brain regions.
